PURPOSE

Our purpose is five-fold:

1) Raise the standard of local coffee options

2) Bring out what's in the bean (for you scholars, "exegete the cherry")

3) Introduce folks to what coffee is supposed to taste like (i.e. drink it "black")

4) Keep hard working coffee farmers in low income locations employed

5) Glorify God by redeeming His Creation's potential – and being vigilant to protect it
